Smart Buy high-performance silicone sealant is a medium modulus one-component elastic sealant, specially designed for use in porous stone and metal panel curtain walls, emphasizing the appearance of clean engineering, weather-resistant and waterproof interface. It reacts with moisture in the atmosphere and solidifies to form elastic rubber, which has durability and weather resistance, and can form a strong waterproof sealing layer with most building materials, it provides maximum flexibility and adhesion to withstand contraction and expansion caused by temperature and weather fluctuations without cracking or losing adhesion.
Concrete: One-component, neutral, moisture-curing, high-performance silicone sealant can be used for flexible interfaces, metal sheets, glass, natural stone and window frames. It has excellent sealing effects and can be used on most building materials, generate a durable and flexible waterproof interface.

*Passed CNS 8903 and CNS 8904 national standards for sealing materials for construction.
*Comply with the national public works chapter 07921 gap filler silicone (SR) specifications
*Comply with American ASTM C920, British BS EN ISO11600, Japanese JIS A 5758 related standards

- Specification: 10.1 Fl oz (300ml)
- Main ingredient: Silicone rubber
- Instructions:
- 1. Cannot be used on surface with ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents.
- 2. Cannot be used in airlessness places.
- 3. Cannot be used in an environment that is continuously immersed in water.
- 4. Cannot be used on frosted or wet surfaces.
- 5. Cannot be used for food packaging.
- Attention:
- 1. Before apply, remove any dust or oil from the surface where the caulk will be applied, keep the surface dry.
- 2. Recommend to use masking tape to keep the surrounding surface clean.
- 3. Cut off the neck of the pipe, attach a sharp mouth and cut an appropriate caliber.
- 4. Punch the caulk into the joints and level them with a spatula.
- 5. It takes about 5-10 minutes to dry and 24 hours to complete curing, depending on temperature and humidity.
- Precautions:
- 1. Please keep the tube in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
- 2. Avoid contact with eyes, if accidentally touched, please rinse immediately and seek medical attention.
- 3. Please stay away from the reach of children.
- 4. In case of skin contact, wipe with a towel or cloth, then flush thoroughly with water.
- 5. Construction temperature 5°C∼40°C (41°F~104°F).
- 6. The temperature range after curing is -40℃~180℃ (-40°F~356°F).
- Shelf life: Store under 5°C∼25°C (41°F~77°F) for 12 months
